1. How do I book a session?
You can book your Christmas Mini Session directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or email. A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. What are the available dates and times?
Festive Mini Sessions are available from 1st November to 8th December th the 15th December 2024, between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Sessions are by booking only, so make sure to reserve your spot early!
3. How much does the session cost?
The session is £50, which includes 2 A4 prints and 2 high-resolution digital images. A £20 non-refundable deposit is payable when you book, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
4. What’s included in the session?
Each session includes:- 2 A4 prints to take home on the day- 2 hi-res digital images of your chosen prints- Up to 3 participants (people or dogs)- Use of our festive props like the kiddies sit-in car, Santa’s sleigh, and a dog-sized aeroplane!
5. Can I bring more people or dogs?
Yes! You can add more participants (dogs or people) for just £5 each. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate everyone.
6. Can I purchase additional photos?
Absolutely! You can purchase extra A4 prints on the day for £20 each.
7. How long is the session?
The session lasts up to 1 hour, which includes the time for printing your chosen photos.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both cash and card payments on the day of your session.
9. Is the deposit refundable?
No, the £20 deposit is non-refundable. This helps secure your booking and time slot.
10. What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date within the availability period, depending on slots.
11. What should I bring to the session?
Feel free to bring along any personal items you’d like to include in the photos. If you’re bringing pets, it may help to bring their favourite treats or toys to keep them happy and focused.
12. Can I use the photos for holiday cards?
Yes, the hi-res digital images you receive are perfect for creating your own personalised Christmas cards or sharing online with family and friends.
13. Can I bring my XL Bully?Y
es, you can bring your XL Bully as long as they are well-behaved and not aggressive. We treat all dogs equally, regardless of breed, and focus on providing a safe and friendly environment for everyone.
14. Are all dogs welcome?
Yes! All dogs are welcome at our pop-up studio as long as they are not aggressive. We aim to create a calm and safe environment for all pets and owners.
15. Can I bring props or toys for my dog?
Of course! Bringing along your dog’s favourite toy or accessory can help them feel more comfortable, and it can make the photos more personal and unique.
16. What if my dog doesn’t sit still?
That’s not a problem at all! We’re experienced with working with dogs of all temperaments and will take our time to get the best shots, even if your pup is a little wiggly.
17. How will I receive my prints?
You’ll get your A4 print on the day, mounted and ready to take home. Digital images will be available for download on the dog show section of our website, with instructions included.
